We only accept medical education grant applications through our online grant management system. Applications received through mail or express delivery and/or electronically (i.e., email, fax) will not be considered.
Your application must contain sufficient detail to allow evaluation by the Cubist Medical Affairs Department. Incomplete applications will not be considered and insufficient detail may result in significant delay of evaluation. A member of the Medical Affairs Grants Office may contact you if additional information is required. Cubist reserves the right to correct any administrative or technology-based errors which may occur during the application submission or review process.
