Application and Review Process

1. Requestor registers online with the Cubist Grant Management System
2. Requestor reviews and accepts our Compliance Commitment
3. Requestor completes and submits application
4. Requestor receives an automated response with a unique application ID number
5. Cubist reviews the grant application for completeness
6. When complete, grant application is routed for Cubist internal review
7. Requestor is informed of funding decision
8. If approved, Requestor receives the Cubist electronic Educational Grant Letter of Agreement (LOA)
9. LOA is fully executed
10. Cubist disburses grant funds

Requestor may be asked to submit additional information throughout the review. Processing time is typically less than 45 days.
