Where Can You Find Our Job Opportunities?

All of our current open positions are posted in "Join Us" on our website.

If you do not see an opportunity of interest, create an RSS Feed. The RSS feed will notify you via email when a new opportunity is posted.

How Do I Apply?

If you have seen a position of interest, please take a few minutes to apply online via our electronic submission process found at the bottom of the job posting. This will not take long - we just need your contact information, job preferences, resume, and some information regarding your experience.

Accessibility

Cubist is committed to ensuring that the content on this website is accessible to the widest range of visitors, regardless of disability. This website is designed with accessibility in mind. If you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access www.cubist.com/careers as a result of your disability. You can request reasonable accommodations by calling 781-860-8683 or by sending an email to careersaccess@cubist.com. Please note that inquiries unrelated to accessibility directed to this e-mail or phone number will neither be acknowledged nor returned.

What's Next?

You will receive an acknowledgement email when your submission is received. If you meet the minimum qualifications, your resume will then be further compared to the requirements and criteria for the position you have selected. If you are chosen as a candidate, one of our recruiters or hiring managers will contact you.

After reviewing your online submission we may call you to ask you more about what you have provided to us or invite you to phone interview. During a phone interview, you will speak with the recruiter or hiring manager for the job you have expressed interest in. We use email and telephone to stay in touch, so it is a good idea to check messages regularly to ensure a timely process.

What Can I Expect From An On-Site Interview?

Visit Our Campus for all logistical information needed prior to visiting our corporate headquarters in Lexington, Massachusetts or any of our other locations. Prior to your visit you will receive an interview agenda and important arrival information.

Cubist conducts a combination of technical and behavioral based interviews. A behavioral based interview gives us an opportunity to see how you approach your work, how you respond to different situations and how a position at Cubist may help to further your development. Please be prepared to be specific and cite varied examples from your employment so we can better understand your experiences.

We want to inform you as much as possible about Cubist and the position you are applying for. Before your interview, prepare your own list of questions to ask the interviewers. We hope our recruitment process will give you insight into the organization, our culture and the opportunity. You may be asked to visit with us multiple times to ensure that you meet with the key stakeholders and we answer all of your questions.

Following An On-Site Interview

The employment application is an important step in our hiring process that will trigger the background check screen for final candidates. You will receive an email with an active link to submit your background check application within 48 hours. Please note that you may be asked to provide past employment documentation during our background check process. Reference checks are also an important component in our decision making process. After an offer is accepted, candidates who participated in the interview phase who were not selected are notified.
