Where Can You Find Our Job Opportunities?

All of our current open positions are posted in "Join Us" on our website.

If you do not see an opportunity of interest, set up a "job agent". A job agent allows you to set up a careers interest profile. You will be asked to identify your career interests and provide a contact email address. You will then be notified via email when a Cubist job opportunity is posted that matches your area(s) of interest.

How Do I Apply?

If you have seen a position of interest, please take a few minutes to apply online via our electronic submission process found at the bottom of the job posting. This will not take long - we just need your contact information, job preferences, resume, and for some jobs we will also ask you a few questions regarding your experience.

What's Next?

You will receive an acknowledgement email when your submission is received. Your resume will then be compared to the qualifications and criteria for the position you have selected. If you are chosen as a candidate, one of our recruiters or hiring managers will contact you.

After reviewing your online submission we may call you to ask you more about what you have provided to us or invite you to phone interview. During a phone interview, you will speak with the recruiter or hiring manager for the job you have expressed interest in. We use email and telephone to stay in touch, so it is a good idea to check messages regularly to ensure a timely process.

If there is no current position that is a good fit for your skills, your resume will be retained in our database and matched against other open positions in the future. We also recommend you create a "job agent" to receive an email notification about future job openings.

What Can I Expect From An On-Site Interview?

Visit "About Cubist Campus" for all logistical information needed prior to visiting our corporate headquarters located in Lexington, Massachusetts. Prior to your visit you will receive an interview agenda. Additionally, you will be provided with an employment application to be completed in its entirety before your interview and submitted to the recruiter during your visit.

Cubist conducts a combination of technical and behavioral based interviews. A behavioral based interview gives us an opportunity to see how you approach your work, how you respond to different situations and how a position at Cubist may help to further your development. Be specific and cite examples from your employment so we can better understand your experiences.

Prepare your own list of questions to ask the interviewers. We hope our recruitment process will give you insight into the organization, our culture and the opportunity. You may be asked to visit with us multiple times to ensure that you meet with the key stakeholders and we answer all of your questions.
