Mr. Singleton has served as one of our directors since June 2003. From 2000 to 2011, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CitationAir (formerly CitationShares, LLC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cessna Aircraft Company and Textron Inc. During the previous five years, Mr. Singleton has served as a director of Salomon Reinvestment Company Inc.
