Mary C. Stack, M.B.A. has served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer since September 2007. Previously Ms. Stack served as Sr. Director, Corporate Controller and Treasurer of Cubist Pharmaceuticals from November 2002 to August 2007 where she built the financial infrastructure to support the commercialization of its flagship product Cubicin®. From 1999 to 2002, she provided a diverse array of financial consulting services to Sager Electronic Supply, Inc., a privately held electronics distribution company. From 1989 to 1999, she held various positions of increasing responsibility at Groundwater Technology, Inc., an environmental remediation consulting firm, including Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Controller from 1993 to 1999. Prior to that, Ms. Stack held various positions of increasing responsibility in the computer hardware and services industry at Prime Computer and Digital computer from 1981 to 1988. Ms. Stack received a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from Boston University and an MBA from Babson College.
